Is it free to access my EV data in Stark ID?
Yes. We will set up your EV chargers in Stark ID and provide you access for no extra charge.
Can I have unlimited users to access Stark ID?
Yes. We encourage you to invite whoever needs access to the data.
Why are you the only people giving EV consumption data this way?
Because we are the only accredited Data Collector who is also a Charge Point Operator in the UK. That means we can apply our data expertise and analytics tools to EV consumption data. No one else has this unique set of skills or qualifications to put data first.
How granular is the EV consumption data?
We provide you with daily Half Hourly data. So you can see WHAT your EV chargers were doing and most importantly – WHEN.
How do I access the data?
Easy. Once your chargers are installed or taken over by us, we’ll set them up on Stark ID and give you a registration link to use. Simply fill out the short form to get started.
You can access Stark ID on demand anywhere you have internet!
Can I export the data?
Yes. We provide .csv export and .png options to help download and share the Stark ID reports.
Can you help me onboard and train people?
Yes. We have an in-house trainer and plenty of free to attend webinars plus a help centre in Stark ID.
I already have Stark ID for my other utilities - what does that mean?
Perfect! You will be able to access your EV data alongside your existing utility data using the same log in.
When we complete your Stark Charge order you’ll have a chance to say how you want the chargers set up online.
Then you can access the daily Half Hourly data as you would any other meter.
You will be able to run our special EV separation reports which split out EV charging consumption from regular building consumption.

I don't have Stark ID for any other utilities - does it matter?
If you don’t already have any data services with Stark, that’s okay. We will still set up a new Stark ID login so you can access your EV Half Hourly Data.
Of course, you will only be able to unlock our building/EV consumption reports if you have your building consumption in Stark ID alongside your EV data.
