Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Apply a dynamic and forward-thinking approach to proposed new ideas and products, gaining a comprehensive understanding with Product Owner to fully understand business requirement and implications of non-delivery.
  • Develop a detailed implementation plan with the Product Team and confirm that the proposed solution fulfils requirements from the Product Owner.
  • Feed design and cost implications to Product Owner, generate product dependencies to ensure a “Right First Time” approach and delivery model.
  • Liaise with PMO to identify resource availability and with other Technical Team Leads to identify most appropriate members of the Product Team
  • Take ownership of their part in the Product Team to see development of product to conclusion
  • Arrive at a common strategy to manage product generation across the Design Authority Team
  • Maintain effective relationships and communication, managing expectations, maintaining levels of discipline on all projects, and negotiating across all relevant stakeholders as appropriate.
