Skills and Experience required:

  • Some experience of 1st line IT support and associated administration in a Windows environment
  • Basic knowledge of networks / TCP/IP configuration
  • Experience of maintaining Active Directory and Windows Servers and Installing, troubleshooting Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of ticketing systems
  • Peripheral telecoms equipment knowledge

  • Hardworking, self motivated
  • Can work without close supervision but a good team worker
  • Physically fit to undertake manual handling of IT equipment when required

Minimum qualifications required:

  • Educated to GSCE (or equivalent) standard
  • A degree is desirable
  • Proven IT basic skills and competency
