We are qualified in all areas of MHHS, including Unmetered supplies.
The MHHS Programme includes the current Meter Administrator role being transitioned to a new role called Unmetered Supplies Data Service (UMSDS).
As part of the qualification for this, we are preparing for the changes that all new unmetered MPANs since April 2024 must be calculated Half Hourly.
In 2025, all existing Non-Half Hourly MPANs need to be transitioned to Half Hourly too.
STREAMLINED MPAN MIGRATION
In 2024, existing Non-Half Hourly (NHH) MPANs will transition to a single Half Hourly (HH) MPAN per inventory.
While you can directly appoint your preferred Meter Administrator, suppliers are trusting us to manage this transition seamlessly.
CMS TESTING
Under changes to BSCP520, CMS system providers must engage the services of a CMS test agent to progress their approval with Elexon.
We are working with domestic and international companies for street lighting and on-street EV charging solutions so they can be approved for use in electricity settlements.
