Installing EV chargers seems an easy win for Net Zero. But as the college discovered, choosing a provider who delivers the right solution with full support is critical to success.
The College were stuck with chargers which were not properly set up and could not be used. They found little support from the original installer and were left unable to set up tariffs or use an App for drivers. That’s when Stark Charge stepped in with the solution.

The Stark Charge team were able to assess the existing hardware then the switch over happened seamlessly, with little effort from the customer, and just a simple site visit.
As a Charge Point Operator, Stark Charge then set up the chargers correctly, with the required tariffs for both teaching staff and the public.
The Stark Charge mobile App was also made available giving a smoother experience for EV drivers.
