Stark Strengthens Board with Appointment of New Non-Executive Director
We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Colin Sempill as Non-Executive Director.
With over 20 years of leadership experience across energy, telecoms, and national infrastructure.
Most recently he serves as CEO of the Data Communications Company (DCC), managing the secure network that underpins 33 million UK smart meters.
Prior to this, at SSE he led group strategy during the company’s transition to renewables and has a proven track record of leading major transformations and growth programmes.
He has worked extensively in energy and digital infrastructure, helping organisations deliver large-scale projects at pivotal moments for their industries.
